Introduction

Blueprint Project Management is not just an organization to assist clients with their projects and events.  It is an educational platform to educate those who desire to have more education about this industry, its codes and requirements. 

There will be a consultant component to it where training and advice can be provided on a large or small scale.  Public speaking or training will also be available for those who would prefer a more in depth understanding of certain topics.

Why Do Projects Fail?

Most individuals and organizations do not understand how to successfully plan, organize, manage and close a project.  Many factors such as timing, budget, schedule, staffing, risk management and poor project oversight can all contribute to the failure of a project.  There are inherent risks for all projects that must be articulated to the project team and identified on a project plan for the bests ways to handle them should they occur.  

Understanding how to navigate this process and properly lead the team will increase the chances of a project being successfully completed.  Blueprint Project Management would like to help bridge the gap between the clients expectations and the project scope, timeline and deliverables.   We can assess the projects validity and help establish a real project schedule and budget.  Having the right people working on the project is also a factor to consider so choosing a general contractor is a crucial success factor in the project management project.  Some jobs may not require this level of detail but some will and knowing who to call is just as important as the work itself.
