Customer Relationship Management

Recently I did some research on Customer Relationship Management.  This was to find some software or tools to help manager the customers / clients and make it easier to get more.  In doing so there are multiple forms of CRM's tools that will increase your productivity help monitor the ongoing relationship from beginning to end and help to grow your business.

I started to using Hub Spot because it is was easy to use.  There is a free version that will help small businesses and individuals just starting out.  It is advisable to find the CRM that works for your business and that will grow with you.
